Worked as advertised for text

In my non-scanned PDF, text converted fine. Tables were a bit mangled, so this still required a lot of fixes for the document to be usable. Im not convinced that using this is any faster than cutting and pasting the PDF from Preview into Word and cleaning it up from there.
