Best choice for non-scanned PDFs

I own ABBYY Findreader with OCR functions, and I glad I got this app today. I wont expect good OCR functions for an app less than $100, Im still impressed by this little app, it converts my PDF files into Word doc keeping the original layouts and formatting very well, even the complicated file with multiple columns. And this app runs extremely fast. Awesome, now I can use this app to convert non scanned PDF, and ABBYY for scanned PDF.
